Order & Confirmation Agreement

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given to you during checkout. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 1(239)-243-0541. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive a confirmation email from outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, you will be required to reply to the change order as verification by you of the changes.

You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Site. If you are not at least 13 years old, do not use the site. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny access or use of the site and the products and services we offer on it to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.

Return Policy

Items delivered by Standard Shipping that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect:

If you received your order by UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and the merchandise was damaged in shipping or if you wish to return it, please call customer care within 48 hours. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees. For other issues concerning Standard Shipping orders, call us within 7 days after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item. Items delivered by freight that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect:

You have 48 hours after a Home Delivery of an online order to report if an item is delivered damaged, defective or if you are unhappy with it in any way. Call the phone number on your emailed order confirmation and we will work with you to repair, replace or pick up the item for a return. Items ordered online for In-Home Delivery with manufacturing defects discovered after the 48-hour return period may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any; please contact the customer service number listed in your emailed order confirmation for assistance.

If you would like to exchange or return an item received in the last 48 hours, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email (Please note that Custom Orders and certain manufacturers are not eligible for return or exchange - see below for more information). You can either send your email to or reply to your order confirmation. Please include the reason for the return and also the original order number in your email. After submitting your return request via email, we will review the information and forward via email and an RA number and instructions for returning the item. This Return Authorization number is valid for 8 days. Please do not return items to our Florida address without prior authorization as some returns may have to be shipped back directly to our suppliers. For returns on all lighting, accessories, furniture, and mirrors that are not defective, we are required to charge a 15% restocking fee ( E. Lawrence, Noir, Paragon, Caracole, Somerset Bay, Four Seasons, Moss Home,  these items are custom made to order and considered final sale). All custom items and certain manufacturers (see below) are final sale. Aidan Gray, Arteriors, Currey & Company, Emporium, Euro Style, Global Views, Interlude Home, Loloi, Regina Andrew, Surya, Worlds Away, Zentique, items are non-returnable. Any item or order that ships freight regardless of the manufacturer is non-returnable. Please contact us with any questions on whether or not the item you are interested in is a returnable item.

Please note that items shipped back to us without a return authorization number and approval will not be accepted. is not responsible or liable for any returns that have not been authorized and approved.  All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 15 days for a refund or exchange. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, you will be asked to have the product picked up at your expense. If not picked up within 15 days from our Location in Florida, the item will be destroyed in field or given to charity. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on many of our items. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost, in addition to the 15% restock fee. Standard shipping costs are based on item prices as outlined within our shipping information. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs. Shipments that are refused and are neither damaged or defective, will be considered a return and subject to the policy above.

Furniture, Lighting, and Custom Items

Because many of these items are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. Custom orders include (but are not limited to) any and all items from E. Lawrence, Caracole, Noir, Paragon, Peacock Alley, Somerset Bay, Brookfield, and Whitehall items along with select Aidan Gray, Arteriors, Light & Living, Gold Leaf Design Group, Currey & Company, Global Views, Regina Andrew, Surya, Worlds Away, , Zentique, Bungalow 5 and Moss Home. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us at 1-888-501-3038 to verify. You have up to 24 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 24 hours custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 2 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 2-business day window will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds or returns on damaged items, only replacements. Please refer to our vendor warranties for specific information on individual policies.

If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible. While the manufacturers do their best to ensure excellent packaging; occasionally glass and mirror, or larger freight items could get damaged at the hands of a delivery carrier in transit. Items received with broken glass or that are considered minor and can be repaired by a furniture technician ARE NOT considered defective products. and the manufacturer reserve the right to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible. In these cases, you can contact our customer service department at  and we will be happy to address the concern at no additional cost to you. does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture, lighting, and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer, but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches, and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time for freight items is approximately 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We know you'll enjoy the product that is made especially for you!

Color note: Because every computer monitor & every web browser displays colors differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.

Natural Products: All items made from natural products such as but not limited to-limestone, marble, alabaster, granite, reclaimed wood as well as natural finishes will have natural variations and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected and are not seen as defects.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 days of our receiving your return. Please understand that it takes several days for us to go through returns and to inspect them. After inspection it is sent to our credit department for processing. If accepted, a credit is given and it takes several business days for a credit to post through the credit card processor and issuing bank. All returns and exchanges will be credited less 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. If an item was free shipping, the original shipping costs incurred by will be deducted. reserves the right to charge restocking fees on any and all returned or exchanged items. Wrong Products Received

If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please email or call us at 1(239)-243-0541 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RA #, instruction and a shipping label for shipping the product back. We will pay for the freight/shipping back and ship the correct product free of shipping/freight charges.

Cancellations and Changes

We may refuse or cancel orders.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice.

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order you must contact us within 24 hours that you placed the order at 1(239)-243-0541  or via email at Some orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible. Calling in or requesting a cancellation does not guarantee your order can be cancelled or changed as it may have already been picked or shipped by Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo or the manufacturer. Once an order is cancelled you will receive an email from Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo stating the order was cancelled and an order is not considered cancelled until you receive an email confirmation from Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo stating it was cancelled.  Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo is not responsible for any lost emails or voice messages regarding cancellations.  It is the customers responsibility to make sure they receive an email from Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo stating the order was cancelled. For more information read our Cancellation Policy. Back-ordered items can be cancelled at any point before the item ships.

Defective Products

If an item is received by you and is thought to be defective, please contact us immediately. Photo proof must be emailed to   along with your original order number and the description of defect. If deemed defective by and the manufacturer, you will receive a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo will have the defective product picked up at no cost to you (the item must be in its original packaging). DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENTS ONLY. Defective claims will not be honored after 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments

A Freight Line company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if they are oversized. You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at the time of delivery. In such cases a representative from the freight company will call and set up delivery.


If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with with concealed damage, via freight line, or ground shipments (UPS/FEDEX), you must report the damage within 24 hours to our customer service department. If you fail to report the damage in a timely manner you could be responsible for all damages. Photo proof must be emailed to along with your original order number and the description of the damage. Damage claims will not be honored after 5 business days of receipt. DAMAGED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENTS ONLY.

Shipping on Most Products

Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo has agreements with most manufacturers to ship your order direct from the manufacturer's warehouse to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance for delay getting the product to you. Orders sent via "UPS/FedEx Ground" average 3 - 7 business days once they leave the factory. Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 7 -15 business days depending on location once they leave the factory. Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves the factory.

Once you have been contacted by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery, delivery must be scheduled within 10 days. If delivery cannot be scheduled within ten days, please contact us to make special arrangements otherwise, daily Storage Rates will apply for a maximum of 30 days. If after 30 days, delivery has not been completed, the order will be deemed unwanted and disposed of or donated at the discretion of Please contact Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo in regards to Daily Storage Rates.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed.  In such cases that an alternate delivery address is requested after an order has shipped, all change of address and/or re-consignment fees charged by the shipping company are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the address will be changed and delivered. Shipments that are refused and are neither damaged or defective, will be considered a return and subject to our returns policy.

Shipping Rates

Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping cart process once an item is placed into your cart with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered if the item does not ship free. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box and the delivery destination. Shipping costs are for the contiguous 48 states.  Remote/isolated delivery addresses may require additional shipping charges.  In such cases where an additional shipping charge is required, you will be contacted by for approval before the order ships. Most items due to their size cannot ship internationally however if you have a freight forwarder that you work with here in the states, we will be happy to ship the item to them.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been shipped you may contact Customer Service to obtain a tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on UPS or another carrier's website.

Multiple Shipments

If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).

Shipping Backorders

. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available, we will do our best to notify you immediately. Not Too Shabby by Marisol Gullo does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is back ordered more than 4 weeks. Response via email is required before the order will be processed. Sales Tax

Not Too Shabby LLC is a registered corporation in the State of Florida with two physical address in Walton County and it is regulated under “Sales tax nexus”

 As such we are  responsible for collecting 7.0% state sales tax on all orders shipped to any state. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped with in the United States Territory.
